Terms of Service
Unwebbed Cloud ("Unwebbed", "we") is operated by its founder in Austin, Texas. These terms are written in plain language on purpose — they say what we actually do. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Unwebbed finds local businesses that appear to have no website, using publicly available information, and uses AI to draft a website you can show them. You get a budget of AI credit (measured in real dollars of AI cost); each search and each build draws from it.
2. Your account
You need a real email address you control. Keep your password to yourself — actions taken from your account are yours. You must be at least 13; if you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you.
3. Payments and refunds
- Purchases are processed by Stripe as merchant of record — Stripe is the seller on your receipt, holds your card details (we never see them), and handles sales tax.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. If you have used none of a pack's credit, you can get it refunded within 14 days — email us.
- Pro subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you subscribed by mistake and used no credit that month, email us within 14 days for a refund.
- Trial credit is free, has no cash value, and can't be refunded or transferred.
4. The AI made a draft, not a promise
Sites and business information are generated by AI from public data. Review everything before you send it to a real business. Details can be wrong, out of date, or oddly phrased. You are responsible for what you publish and send, and for complying with the laws that apply to how you contact businesses (anti-spam and telemarketing rules included).
5. What's yours, what's ours
The websites you generate are yours — use them, sell them to your clients, modify them freely. The Unwebbed software, service, and brand are ours. Don't resell access to your account, hammer the service with automation, or use it to deceive anyone.
6. Ending things
You can stop using Unwebbed any time; email us to delete your account. We can suspend accounts that break these terms — if that happens with unused paid credit and you weren't abusing the service, we'll refund it.
7. The honest legal part
The service is provided as-is. We run it carefully (nightly verified backups, among other things) but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by Texas law.
8. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
